Canadian Cattle Association

The Canadian Cattle Association (CCA) is the national voice of Canada’s 68,500 beef operations. Founded by producers, the CCA’s structure represents every phase of the production system: the purebred, backgrounding, cow-calf and feedlot sectors. A non-profit federation, the CCA is comprised of eight provincial member cattle associations that provide representation to a national, producer-led board of directors. The board provides the leadership and unity necessary to speak as one voice on issues of importance to the beef cattle industry. CCA’s operating divisions carry out the day-to-day business in support of the vision, policies, and recommendations established by the board.
